AIRLINE SERVICES ELECTIVE MODULE
Elective Module Description
With the expansion of Changi Airport Terminal 4 and 5, Airlines Services in Singapore is increasing in demand. This Airline Services Elective Module aims to introduce the job scope of a cabin crew and airline service crew. Students will learn how grooming of a cabin crew and customer handling in an aircraft.
This elective module will be spread out with theory and hands-on activities, so enable students to experience communications in an aircraft, conducting safety equipment demonstrations and the various work positions in Airline Services. There will also be first-hand sharing by an experienced cabin crew about life on a plane.
